Loved this hotel. My husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite with Balcony for our week-long trip to Paris (visiting from the US). The hotel is beautiful and offers a five-star, boutique feel. The decor is high end and the smell throughout the common areas delightful. The staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming, ready to help in any way we needed. We arrived early the day of our check-in and we were granted access to our room hours ahead of the 3PM guaranteed check-in time. We were welcomed with a lovely complimentary bottle of champagne and French chocolate. Housekeeping visited multiple times throughout the day, ensuring that our room stayed tidy. We included the breakfast buffet with our booking and looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. The bed and pillows were comfortable, not quite as comfortable as our bed at home, but good nonetheless. The location was very convenient, walking distance to many attractions that we visited and otherwise close to metro and bus stops. We would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hôtel du Palais Royal and had an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the Louvre and surrounded by numerous cafés and restaurants, making it ideal for exploring the area. The hotel is also practically across from the Palais Royal, where one can enjoy a lovely stroll through the gardens. The reception staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ensuring guests felt welcome and well cared for. One unique feature I appreciated was the wooden flooring in the room, which is not only elegant but also allows for excellent cleanliness. The housekeeping service was efficient and thorough, taking the time needed to ensure the room was spotless. Another significant positive was the availability of WhatsApp communication with the hotel, making it very convenient to address any requests or inquiries quickly.

It may be a cliche but I rarely write reviews - partly because I know I am very fussy. I have to provide feedback on this occasion though to do justice to the wonderful staff at the hotel. Without doubt the best service I have experienced and I will definitely return. I really enjoyed the location - slightly quieter than some but that really suited us. The room was spotless and the concierge was extremely helpful in booking taxis etc - even when we were running late. We were fortunate enough to book the panoramic suite. I really value privacy and this was excellent as we had the entire top floor to ourselves, with wonderful views of Paris. We look forward to returning soon.

The location is phenomenal. You are at the back door of the Louvre and walking distance from wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. The price tag is for the location and your safe surroundings. My daughter and I loved the concierge services, they were always ready to make restaurant reservations, give advice/insider hints regarding local must do visits. The breakfast was very good and we loved eating the buffet or ordering off the menu, which was included when we bought the hotel and breakfast package.

It was a great location, close to Louvre, Gand Palais, and many restaurants, however it was on a very quiet street so you felt like it was a quite oasis even though it was so close to things. The hotel was very clean, the stay was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast each morning was really delicious. We were very happy here!
